Lunar Hatha Yoga
These classes are suitable for everyone and every body, whether or not you've practised yoga before.
This is a graceful yin style of yoga which works in harmony with the lunar cycle and the female menstrual cycle.
The poses are designed to help balance hormonal fluctuations so are beneficial at every female life stage, whether you're suffering from PMS or menopausal symptoms.
Working with the energy of the lunar cycle, the classes reflect the moon's waxing and waning cycle allowing you to bring balance and harmony into your life. Our new and full moon classes offer time for contemplation and journalling.
There's never any judgement at these classes - come as you are - you will always be welcome.
You can bring your own mat or borrow one of mine. It's a good idea to bring a blanket for relaxation and a notebook/pen for our new and full moon classes.
£64 per 8 week block / £32 per 4 week block / £8 a class.
Sound Bath / Sound Relaxation
Over the course of an hour, you'll be taken on a relaxation and healing journey with beautiful instruments. You simply need to lie down and relax as the sounds and vibrations work their magic.
These sessions are suitable for most people as they work through sound and vibrations. It can allow you to experience relaxation on a deeper level. The vibrations work on a cellular level which can help you heal or let go of whatever no longer serves you.
There's never any judgement at these sessions - come as you are - you will always be welcome.
Please note these sessions are not suitable if you have epilepsy or are pregnant.
You will be lying for the full hour, so you need to be comfortable. Please bring with you:
*A mat / yoga mat
*A pillow / cushion
*Any items that will help you to relax
£15 per session.
Mum & Baby Yoga
**I currently teach Mum & Baby Yoga for The Yoga Village in Sherwood on Tuesdays 10am - 11am. Please book direct with them.**
Mum & baby yoga classes are a fantastic way to reconnect with your own body, connect with your baby and (this is a biggie) connect with other parents so you can build your own village of support.
The classes are super informal so if you need to stop to feed baby, or baby is just feeling a little grizzly, then that's ok! There's never any judgement at these classes.
These classes are perfect for babies from 8 weeks old through to when baby is crawling (approx 10-11 months). Mums you should be 6-8 weeks (after vaginal birth) / 12 weeks (after caesarean birth) and your lochia must have stopped.

There is always so much going on in pregnancy, it can be hard to make time for you.
These classes are the perfect way to relax your mind, gently move your body to ease those aches and pains, and connect with your growing baby.
Each week focuses on a different theme helping you prepare for pregnancy and birth, and you get to experience a really lovely deep relaxation at the end of each class.
You can attend from 12 weeks of pregnancy all the way through to giving birth and the classes are suitable for all levels whether you're new to yoga or have practised before.

Little Lunars Stay & Play
**We are taking a break from these sessions, but come back soon to check if they're running.**
Stay & Play for mums and their 'Little Lunars' in a cosy, hygge-inspired environment. Offering time for songs, stories & free play with natural, wooden or real-life style toys & sensory lighting.
Each class, we make space for a mums' circle time with breathwork and yoga (little ones are welcome to get involved too).
Mini massages for mums available each week on a first come first served basis (additional cost).
There's no pressure at these sessions. It's fine if you need to feed your little one or they're grizzly. It's fine if your hair's not washed and you've got sick down your top (hey we've been there ourselves!) Come as you are.
