As we have all seen, Covid restrictions continue to change frequently and therefore we will need to remain adaptable according to the latest Government advice and restrictions in our locality.

Face to Face classes

Venues have put in place their own Covid policies and practices, when signing up for a face to face class you agree to abide by these. Hand sanitiser will be available and social distancing will be in place. Masks won't be required but can be worn upon request.

If a teacher/therapist tests positive, we will endeavour to rearrange to another suitable date (subject to venue availability).

​

If you test positive, then you will be able to reschedule a therapy or roll over that week's yoga class onto the next available block.

 

Lateral Flow Tests

Our teachers/therapists take lateral flow tests twice a week and we encourage clients to do the same.

Showing Covid symptoms

If you are due to attend a face to face class, and you meet any of the following criteria:

• You are showing symptoms of Covid

• You have had a positive lateral flow

• You have had a positive PCR test

• You are waiting upon the result of a PCR test

We ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can either reschedule your therapy/treatment or note your need to roll over a class.
